To recap, we discussed:
- Bluespring and its history and mission
- How easy it is to use ProcessView within Microsoft Visio by attributing data to shapes and creating process flows
- ProcessView’s analytics functionality and over twenty reports on Process Metrics (time, cost, resources, capacity, queue’s, ect.)
- A general overview of the meaning behind some of the report results
- We finished with answering questions asked by the participants
