Training
- Product Training helps new users quickly come up to speed on the capabilities of whatever Bluespring Advantage tool(s) they will be using. For some products, self-paced computer-based training (CBT) courses are available as well as instructor-led training courses.
- BPI Best Practices Training provides the BPI concepts and overall context to enable collaboration and make all members of the BPI team optimally productive. This training also helps create a common perspective within an Operational Excellence team that will be utilizing the Bluespring Operational Excellence Portal (Bluespring OEP).
Support
- Bluespring Online provides 24×7 access to software releases, documentation downloads, utilities, Wiki articles, support requests, etc.
- Technical Support using a request management process powered by Bluespring BPM Suite provides rapid, reliable response to support requests.
- Professional Services provide expert resources to assist your team in process definition or improvement efforts, or can perform turn-key process development and delivery when desired.
